Since 2018, the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) has been a member of the Forum for Mobility and Society (FMS). The Forum brings together mobility stakeholders from the industry and civil society to debate, draw long-term perspectives and develop visions for tomorrow’s road transport.
Following the measures taken by the European Parliament to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, the event organised by FMS saw its venue shift from the Parliament to FIM’s Brussels office.
Effectively, our team seized the unexpected opportunity caused by the sudden cancellation of the original venue to arrange and host the gathering at logos, FIM’s office in the European capital, aiming to raise the profile of FIM in the eyes of legislators and other relevant mobility federations and associations.
The event, entitled ‘What’s next for clean mobility in the EU?’, focused on the measures under the Green Deal strategy and the impact they will have on the transport sector.
