Junior Communications Consultant – Aerospace sector

logos is looking to hire a Junior Communications Consultant to join its fast-growing team in Brussels, Belgium in the heart of the EU bubble.

We are a public affairs consultancy part of the mci group, a global corporation specialised in communication, event and association management with 60 offices in 31 countries.

your responsibilities

You will develop media and social media plans as well as implement social media strategies on LinkedIn, X(Twitter), Facebook and Instagram. Your activities will also include a large part of design for these platforms, as well as some internal communications and event management.

Moreover, you will support the senior team in the general delivery of communications activities. This includes:

  • Social Media Campaign Management: Drafting content, planning and scheduling posts, managing communities, and analysing campaign performance.
  • Content Creation: Regularly posting and scheduling content on clients’ social media feeds.
  • Trend Monitoring and Analysis: Keeping up with social media trends, analysing performance, and producing reports.
  • Community Management: Engaging with audiences across platforms to foster a strong online community.
  • Visual Content Development: Creating compelling visual assets for social media, including infographics and short videos.
  • Strategic Content Publishing: Identifying and publishing engaging multi-channel content in the space sector, including press releases and news items to boost external visibility.
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns: Managing and attributing paid social media campaigns to ensure effective reach and engagement.
  • Event Support: Assisting with the organization and communication around events and webinars.
  • Internal Communications: Participating in weekly internal corporate communications activities.

our successful candidate

  • Holds a master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or International Relations.
  • Has a proven knowledge or interest of the space sector. A first professional experience and/or academic knowledge/specific interest in defence, space & aviation topics will be considered a strong plus.
  • Possesses relevant knowledge and hands-on experience in digital communications.
  • Is experienced in drafting social media plans and implementing them to maximise objectives.
  • Is passionate about communications, with an interest in design, and is well-organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial and creative approach.
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills in English (native speaker or equivalent); other European languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work int he EU and availability to join the team on short notice.
