This year, the logos-MCI team contributed to the successful first virtual edition of the European Association Summit.
MCI and logos worked jointly on this unmissable peer-to-peer event in Europe, bringing together European and international association executives, leaders and managers. Over three days, from 20-21 April, the ninth edition of the Summit presented more than 40 topical sessions to enlighten participants on today’s fast-changing environment and future business expectations.
Held virtually for the first time, the sessions aimed to be more attached to the European policy context. As the vaccine strategy gathers pace, high-level EU officials and association leaders debated the role of European associations in a post-pandemic world, and the key challenges associations will face in the coming months.
logos supported the EAS in developing a rich programme and designing the concept and format of the thematic sessions. Sustainability and innovation were the key focus of this 2021 online edition. The conference addressed various essential topics along with four core themes: Public Affairs, Business & Strategy, Communication & Membership, and Event planning.
The EAS aspired to connect with the audience despite the physical distance and succeeded in involving participants in sessions across three engagement streams:
Last but not least, thanks to the networking possibilities, participants connected with peers to proactively share best practices.
In a nutshell, the European Association Summit gathered more than 250 attendees representing several organisations, 65 speakers, facilitators, moderators and inspirational panels sharing hands-on experience and best practices. Stay tuned for more details to come.
