On 3-4 April 2019, logos brought together in its offices 18 members of AVEC, the European association representing poultry producers across the Union. The aims were to review the strengths and weaknesses of AVEC’s reputation and agree on ways to boost its impact on policymakers and external stakeholders. logos first presented various options for AVEC’s communication strategy. It then used consensus building techniques to bring lead the diversified AVEC membership to agree on clear action items for the coming months.
Combined with our technical expertise and political savvy, our consensus building techniques help organisations to clarify their objectives and streamline their day-to-day operations. We hope that AVEC will be able to make the most of the upcoming new political context in the European Union.
