logos is looking to hire a Policy Practice Manager to join its fast-growing international team.

Reporting to company’s top management, this senior position will concentrate on supervising and leading teams in relation to (i) client-related advocacy and engagement activities, as well as (ii) the management of relationships with actual and potential international clients. The Practice Leader will be part of a team responsible for the quality delivery, growth and expansion of products and services within the corporate & association client portfolio assigned. The Practice Leader will be an integral member of the account management team.
Your role consists of:
Policy Practice management
Effectively manage a team in order to deliver 360° advocacy, communication, coalition-building or public dialogue strategies for association & corporate clients (design, plan, organise, deliver and measure) by effectively creating and executing against project timelines based on priorities, resource availability, and other project requirements (i.e., budget).
Relationship and leadership management
Systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions to lead, communicate with and influence internal & external stakeholders. Stakeholders include those who have an influence /interest in /impacted by or have role within the project (e.g. internal team, departments, LOGOS global, clients and suppliers)
Apply LOGOS’ financial processes; prepare, justify and administer the project/event budget; oversee sourcing and contracting to achieve desired results; monitor expenditures, cash flow, maximise GM and use cost/benefit thinking to set priorities.
Pro-actively contribute to the business development and marketing strategy of logos. Discern customers’ evolving needs and build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with clients in line with overall sales approach and execution as well as develop and follow-up on business prospects: support in preparation of proposals, pitches, prospectus development, timelines and operations.
