You will support the development of (social) media plans a as well as implement social media strategies on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, with growing responsibilities on organic and paid campaigns. Moreover, you will support the senior team in the general delivery of communications activities. This includes:

• Draft (social) media plans based on prospect/client meetings
• Regularly post and schedule content on clients’ social media feeds
• Develop compelling and creative visual assets for social media
• Interact with specific communities to increase engagement and followers
• Analyse social media performance and produce reports
• Support on the organisation around events and webinars, from offline/online logistics to communications;
• Supporting other activities assigned to the communications team (e.g. copy-writing)
• Participate to weekly internal corporate communications activities

• You have a master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or International Relations
• You have relevant knowledge in the field of communications and social media channels, as well as a hands-on experience in engaging with audiences and social media influencers
• You have previous experience in drafting media and social media plans
• You are well-organised, pay attention to detail and you can meet deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity, ability and will to deep-in technical topics, entrepreneurial and creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and oral communication in English is mandatory (native speaker or equivalent); other European languages are a big plus
